Incentive-plan design — the Compensation Discussion & Analysis

The compensation for our named executive officers generally consisted of a base salary, annual cash retention and incentive bonuses, and long-term equity incentive compensation in the form of RSUs and PSUs. These elements were selected because we believe they are necessary to help us attract and retain executive talent which is fundamental to our success.
