Incentive-plan design — the Compensation Discussion & Analysis

TriSalus' executive compensation program is designed to attract, retain and motivate individuals with superior ability, experience and leadership capability to deliver on annual and long-term business objectives necessary to create stockholder value. The program uses a mix of base salary, annual performance-based cash bonuses, and equity-based incentive awards (options, RSUs, and PSUs) to align the interests of executive officers with those of stockholders.
