Where these numbers come from

The product registers Velarion publishes, and the filings and public data sets behind them. Nothing here is estimated, modeled or imputed. Every figure we print is traceable to the place it came from, and each table on the document prints the source filing and the accession number beside the figure, so a reader can open the filing and find the number in the position we say it occupies. Where a company or an agency has filed nothing on a question, the document says so instead of filling the gap; a filled gap is indistinguishable from a wrong number, and the reading stops being checkable the moment that happens.

The registers are rebuilt as filings land rather than on a quarterly or annual cycle, and each document states the date the data was read. A figure that changed between two readings changes in the next document and is visible as a change, not silently corrected. Where a source restates a prior period, the restatement is shown as a restatement rather than folded into the current figure.

How it is built, and what is checked

Every figure is read from public disclosure directly: filings and their exhibits, the public registers, and the published data sets the government itself maintains. Each figure is kept together with the place in its source it came from — the document, the section, the page and the table — rather than rolled into a document-level total, which is what makes the citation beside the figure mechanical rather than reconstructive. A document is assembled from those cited figures at the moment it is produced, not from a snapshot taken when the page was written.

Before a document leaves, the figures are checked against their sources: totals against the rows they sum, the year-over-year movement against both years as filed, and each named executive, company, facility or entity against the register’s own record for it. Anything that fails a check is either fixed or removed; a document with a gap is a document we would rather not send than send with a number we cannot point at. The same checks run on the free briefs, which is why a reader who wants to test us can do it without paying.

What you receive, and when

A written reading and the underlying tables, produced when the order is placed. Delivery is immediate: the document is generated from the live registers when the order is taken, so the figures are the ones on file that day rather than a copy prepared in advance and reused. The document carries the date it was produced and the date the data was read, which are usually the same day and are always stated separately when they are not.

Reports are one document for one subject. If the scope you need is a portfolio of companies, a system or a state rather than one subject, say so when you write and we will scope it as a single piece of work rather than as a stack of single documents billed separately. Who buys this

Teams that need the reading and the underlying data together. The document assumes a reader who already knows the subject and wants the evidence, so it does not spend pages explaining what a peer group is or why a burn rate matters. It does print, in full, the basis on which it says what it says: the filings, the periods, the caveats and the places where the data does not answer the question.
