Incentive-plan design — the Compensation Discussion & Analysis

Our compensation programs seek to attract, retain, motivate and reward our employees to achieve results that align with the interests of our shareholders. Our executive compensation has three primary components: (i) base pay providing competitive base salaries; (ii) annual short-term cash incentives tied to key performance targets; and (iii) long-term incentives in the form of restricted stock units and performance cash aimed at driving long term performance, retention, and shareholder value.
