Incentive-plan design — the Compensation Discussion & Analysis

The Chief Executive Officer's base salary was set below the 25th percentile of the peer group and he waived any cash bonuses for 2021 through 2023 in order to align with stockholders by agreeing that all of his incentive compensation would be in the form of equity awards during those years.
