Incentive-plan design — the Compensation Discussion & Analysis

TScan's compensation program is designed to attract and retain highly qualified named executive officers by providing competitive base salaries, performance-based annual cash incentive bonuses tied to corporate and individual goals, and long-term equity incentives in the form of stock options to align executive interests with stockholder value creation. The company does not generally provide perquisites or personal benefits beyond standard health and welfare plans available to all employees.
