1 company names BOC as a compensation peer

Each company listed discloses BOC in its own benchmarking peer group, as disclosed in each company's most recent proxy statement within the last two proxy seasons. Incentive-plan design — the Compensation Discussion & Analysis

The primary objective of our executive compensation program is to retain and reward executive officers who contribute to our long-term success. We believe this requires a competitive compensation structure both as compared to similarly situated companies in the industries we serve in outdoor billboards, broadband services and surety insurance and that are our peers in terms of annual revenues.
