Incentive-plan design — the Compensation Discussion & Analysis

The Company's compensation program is designed to reward executive officers based on the performance of the Company and their individual results, with monetary incentive bonuses paid annually to promote the achievement of annual performance objectives. Equity awards are intended to align the interests of named executive officers with those of stockholders and create a link between executive pay and the long-term performance of the Company's Common Stock.
