Incentive-plan design — the Compensation Discussion & Analysis

The overall objective of our executive compensation program is to tie executive compensation to the performance of our company, and to motivate our executives, including our named executive officers, to deliver on our long-term success. As a development stage company, our focus has been to link executive compensation with increasing stockholder value through operational performance of the Company, including key milestones regarding product development, planning, scale-up and partner/customer acquisition, among other factors.
