The fundamental objective of our executive compensation policies is to attract and maintain executive leadership that will execute the Company's business strategy, uphold the Company's mission, vision, and values, and deliver results and long-term value to the Company's shareholders. Accordingly, the Compensation Committee seeks to develop and maintain a compensation structure that will attract, retain, and motivate highly qualified and high-performing executives through compensation that is fair, balanced, aligned with shareholder interests, and linked to overall financial performance.
