Incentive-plan design — the Compensation Discussion & Analysis

The Company provides executive compensation consisting of base salary, annual performance-based cash incentives, and long-term equity awards (RSUs, PRSUs, and stock options) designed to attract, retain, and motivate executive officers. Compensation is benchmarked against a group of peer companies in the medical device/life sciences industry, with the goal of aligning pay with performance and stockholder interests.
