Our compensation philosophy is to pay our NEOs competitive levels of compensation that best reflect their individual responsibilities and contributions to the Company, while providing incentives to achieve our business and financial objectives. The program emphasizes a pay-for-performance approach with a significant equity component to align executive interests with long-term shareholder value, targeting total direct compensation at the median of our peer group.
