Incentive-plan design — the Compensation Discussion & Analysis

Gold.com's executive compensation program is based on a 'pay-for-performance' philosophy, providing incentives and appropriate rewards to executives to formulate and execute business plans that achieve long-term success and build stockholder value. The program ties the majority of annual incentive opportunities to pre-tax profits and grants long-term equity awards to attract and retain executives while linking their interests to stockholders.
