Incentive-plan design — the Compensation Discussion & Analysis
Premier designs its compensation programs to hire exceptionally talented people, drive sustained performance to achieve challenging short- and long-term financial and operational goals that increase stockholder value, and retain the strongest and most diverse talent. The program heavily weights compensation toward variable, at-risk incentives to align executive interests with stockholders and focuses on long-term equity compensation over short-term pay.
