Incentive-plan design — the Compensation Discussion & Analysis

We are fully dedicated to aligning executive pay to Company performance. Compensation opportunities, particularly short- and long-term incentives, are determined at the beginning of each year. The amounts earned from our compensation program are largely driven by Company performance: financial results, strategic accomplishments and growth in shareholder value.
