6 companies name AMKR as a compensation peer

Each company listed discloses AMKR in its own benchmarking peer group, as disclosed in each company's most recent proxy statement within the last two proxy seasons. Two companies are therefore absent by design: one that named AMKR in an earlier year and no longer does, and one whose own most recent disclosure is older than the last two seasons.

Incentive-plan design — the Compensation Discussion & Analysis

The primary objectives of our executive compensation program are to attract highly qualified individuals for positions of substantial responsibility and to provide incentives for them to perform to the best of their abilities to promote the success of our business and build long-term value for our stockholders. These objectives guide our Compensation Committee in designing pay packages with a mix of fixed and variable compensation to enable the Company to recruit, motivate, and retain key executives while maintaining a competitive cost structure.
