Incentive-plan design — the Compensation Discussion & Analysis

Our compensation philosophy is performance-based and designed to align the financial interests of our executive officers with those of our stockholders. Generally, this is accomplished by allocating a substantial portion of our executive officers total compensation to at risk incentives, with value tied to achievement of meaningful pre-set, objective financial or operating goals.
