Incentive-plan design — the Compensation Discussion & Analysis

Our compensation program is designed to attract, motivate and retain high-performing, industry-leading executives capable of driving achievement of our key financial and strategic objectives. We compensate our executives through a mix of base salary, annual cash incentives and long-term equity compensation, with an emphasis on the use of performance-based incentives as a very significant portion of total compensation.
