SunCoke's compensation program is designed to align pay with the long-term interests of stockholders by linking incentive compensation to financial, operational, and share performance metrics. The company aims to attract and retain top-level executive talent by providing competitive compensation levels based on market medians, while maintaining a strong pay-for-performance orientation that increases the percentage of at-risk pay for positions of greater responsibility.
