Incentive-plan design — the Compensation Discussion & Analysis

Our compensation philosophy focuses on aligning the financial interests of our executive officers with those of our shareholders by placing a significant portion of total compensation 'at risk' and providing overall compensation opportunities that are comparable to market levels. We aim to provide a balanced focus on both short- and long-term goals, motivating and rewarding executives for achieving financial and strategic objectives while attracting and retaining high-performing talent.
