Incentive-plan design — the Compensation Discussion & Analysis

LivaNova's executive compensation program aims to recruit and retain key executive officers responsible for the company's success, and to align the interests of executive officers with those of shareholders by providing competitive, performance-driven pay that is largely variable and contingent on achievement of financial and non-financial objectives. The CHCM Committee targets NEO pay within a competitive range of the market median, using U.S. pay levels and structures as the primary reference point.
