Incentive-plan design — the Compensation Discussion & Analysis

AngioDynamics generally sets executive compensation targets for cash and equity-based compensation within a competitive range of the 50th percentile of companies in a pre-determined comparable group through a combination of fixed and variable compensation. Our compensation program supports our "pay for performance" philosophy by targeting compensation within a competitive range of the 50th percentile with the opportunity to earn higher percentile actual pay when warranted by performance.
