Incentive-plan design — the Compensation Discussion & Analysis

The Compensation Committee reviews its total rewards philosophy to ensure programs support Halozyme's short- and long-term business strategy, anchor to market-based principles tailored to Halozyme's culture, and align the interests of executive officers with the long-term interests of Halozyme stockholders.
